Check-in from 2pm. Check-out before 10am. Late check-out may be available on request subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Due to Covid-19 Reception hours have been reduced 6.00 am until mid-night if you are arriving or require a shuttle outside these hours please contact reception on 0800 256 2830.

For bookings made on or after 1st August 2020, we advise you to consider the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and associated government measures. If you don’t book a flexible rate, you will not be entitled to a refund. During times of uncertainty, we recommend booking an option with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can cancel free of charge until free cancellation expires.

PAYMENT POLICY. Pre-paid Bookings are non-refundable and are not subject to any amendments without charge. All pre-paid bookings must present the credit card used to book the stay, and a receipt must be signed that matches the credit card.

Flexible Bookings may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to check-in without penalty. Failure to provide the specified notice will result in a charge of one nights accommodation cancellation fee.  Flexible Bookings will be charged upon check-in via a valid credit card, debit card, EFTPOS or cash.

BOND. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival if you don’t have a valid credit card. This will be collected by Debit credit card/eftpos/cash. You will be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full if no damage has taken place, subject to an inspection of the property.

PETS. Strictly NO pets allowed. Assistance dogs, such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and dogs for those who are disabled, are permitted.

R18 ACCOMMODATION. Guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age or be staying with a parent or legal guardian.

VEHICLE STORAGE. Vehicles are valet parked by Auckland Airport Lodge staff. Please note that vehicles are stored outside in a secure CCTV monitored lot. While full care is taken to ensure no damage or loss is caused, Auckland Airport Lodge accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles stored.

Cars, Vans, Utes and Motorcycles only. No trailers, trucks or campervans are permitted. If your vehicle is oversize please enquire as to suitability before booking accommodation.

One vehicle can be stored per room booked. If you require more than one car to be stored, please contact us. Additional charges may apply.

Vehicles stored may lose charge of its battery, especially older batteries in cold weather. We have an on-site Jump-Start pack for complimentary guest use and are happy to assist guests in getting their vehicles started. From time to time older batteries can expire while in storage, Auckland Airport Lodge accepts no responsibility in such case.

AIRPORT TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS. When you land at Auckland Airport and have collected your luggage and ready for your shuttle pick up please call us on 0800 256 2830 or +64 9 256 2829 to let us know which terminal you are waiting and one of our friendly staff will promptly pick you up. If departing Auckland, please advise us of your flight time at check-in and we will schedule your transfer.
